Personal Tools
A set of tools I built for my own life — a wellness tracker, a workout program, a pantry inventory, and a daily routine tracker. Pick one below.
Whole Wellness Tracking System
Dashboard covering 12 areas of life — physical health, mental health, finances, relationships, career, and more. Each one has a score and a link to its own page.
Open the hub ↗30-Day Workout Progress Tracker
A 30-day home workout plan — two 20-minute sessions a day, core and strength focused. Expandable daily cards with exercises, sets, and a progress tracker.
Open tracker ↗Kitchen Pantry Inventory
Tracks what's in the kitchen across 11 categories, with freshness status (fresh, getting low, out) so it's easy to see what needs replacing.
Open inventory ↗Daily Rhythm Tracker
A weekly routine tracker — separate schedules for work days and flexible days, plus a supplement checklist and week-by-week history.
Open rhythm tracker ↗Tech & Systems Design for Empowerment and Freedom
I believe technology, especially A.I., should hand power back to the people using it, not concentrate it further. When technology is directed toward advancements that benefit humanity, provide accommodations for differing abilities, cure and prevent disease, and promote health, it can help create a better and more equitable world for everyone.
The tools on this page are a small, personal proof that you can use technology to create more time and energy for the things that matter most to you, and to make progress on your own goals. So far I've created a daily rhythm dashboard, a 30-day training tracker, and a kitchen inventory that tells me what's actually on hand. Longer term, I want to help other heart-centered, values-driven people use AI and no-code tools the same way: to build the income, structure, and freedom to do their real work and get their humanitarian messages out into the world, without first having to become engineers.
